5 Natural Methods to remove Sun Tan

Lemon and Aloe Vera Method:


This method can be used as a bleaching agent to protect your skin. Take some lemon juice and mash the aloe vera leaves. Mix them properly to make a paste. Apply this onto the tanned area of the skin and let it dry. You need to apply this paste twice or thrice a day to cleanse and prevent your skin from getting tanned from time-to-time.

Turmeric Powder, Yogurt and Honey Method:


Take 1 tbsp turmeric powder and half cup yogurt and mix 1 tbsp honey in it. Make a thick paste by mixing all three ingredients well. Apply this mixture on the dried skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Later, rinse it off with cold water. This would help in moisturizing your skin.

Tomato and Lemon Juice Method: 


Take some grated tomato and lime juice. Blend them together to make a juicy paste. Apply this on the tanned area for 20 minutes, let it get dried and wash off with cold water. This works well for lightening the skin. Continue this treatment for 15 days for best results.

Sandal wood and Rosewater Method:


Sandal wood is enriched with benefits, especially when it comes in accomplishing a fairer skin.
Make a thick paste of sandal wood powder and rosewater and apply it to face. Wait for 20 minutes and allow it to dry. After this wash it with cold water.This paste relieves you from sun burns and other sun tan effects.


Potato Method:


Potato has natural bleaching properties which can help lighten the tan. Take a potato and peel it off and then grate it. Now add some rose water to it. Apply this mixture on your face for at least 15 minutes and then wash off with water.

5 Home Remedies for Black Heads

Black heads are more likely to appear on the skin during summer time. They can be treated easily at home by using Natural Tips. 


Baking Soda:
Baking soda is an effective treatment for blackheads as well as acne. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.Repeat this remedy once or twice a week.

Cinnamon Powder and Lemon Juice:

Lemon juice helps cleaning dead cells and purifies the skin. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder together and mix well. Apply this on your blackheads. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash off. Do this twice or thrice a day.

Honey:
Honey is good for both oily skin and blackheads. Honey hydrates as well as tightens the skin pores giving you a clear complexion.Apply some pure honey on your face. Leave it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water.

Turmeric and Mint:
Turmeric is a well known ingredient for cleaning the skin. Add one tbsp of turmeric powder with 2 tbsp of mint juice. Apply on your skin with blackheads. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

Potato:
Peel a potato and rub it on the effected area. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off.

Herbal Facial Mask

Herbal Facial Masks:

Cucumber and Yogurt Facial Mask: 
Take ½ cucumber and add 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a blender. Make a paste out of it, then apply it on the face evenly. Leave it on the face for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with water.

Strawberry & Lemon Mask: This mask is very good for oily skin.Take  1 tbsp of  lemon juice. Add 2 egg whites and 3 tbsp honey in it. Add  1 cup strawberries. Blend them all together.Apply to freshly cleaned face and leave on for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

Avocado Facial Mask: Mash half an avocado and apply it on the face thoroughly everywhere and let it stay till it dries up completely and then wash it off with warm water.

Egg and Almond Facial Mask: This is very good for dry skin. Beat 1 egg and add 1 teaspoon of almond oil to it and mix it thoroughly. Apply it on the face evenly and leave it on for around 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off once dried with cold water. This facial mask leaves a glowing face since almond oil is known to play miracles on any sort of dry skin.

Banana, Honey and Yogurt Facial Mask: Mash a banana thoroughly and mix it with 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons yogurt and apply it on the face evenly. Leave it on the face till the skin absorbs it thoroughly and dries completely on the face and then rinse it off with warm water.

Carrots and Honey Facial MaskTake 2-3 large carrots. Add 4 and ½ tbsp honey in it. Blend them all together. Apply to freshly cleaned face. Do not massage in and leave on for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Homemade Facial Cleansers:

Find below the best way to make your own masks at home. Using all Natural Ingredients. 


Honey:

Honey can be used daily as a Natural Facial Cleanser.
To wash your face with honey, squirt a small amount of honey (less than a teaspoon) into the palm of your hand. Rub the honey between your palms and then massage into your face. Wash off with warm water. Make a paste and apply it on your face for cleansing.

Kiwi Cleanser:

Take 1 peeled kiwi. Add 1 tbsp of honey, almond oil and rosewater. Then add 2 tbsp yogurt in it. 


Chamomile Cleansing Milk:
Take 1/4 cup cream and add 1/4 cup milk in it. Then add 2 tbsp of chamomile flowers fresh or dried.

Heat all ingredients together for about 30 minutes, do not allow milk to boil. Turn off the heat and leave it for about 2 hours and then strain. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate. You can keep it for 2 weeks.

Fennel Thyme Cleanser:
Take 2 sprigs fresh thyme, add 2 tsp of fennel seeds. Mix ½ cup water and ½ lemon in it.Take small thyme leaves off the stem and crush the fennel seeds. Boil some water and add to the thyme and fennel. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the hot mixture. Let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid out, pour it into a clean glass bottle or jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Home Remedies for Pimples

Sugar scrub:

Brown sugar is one of the mildest natural exfoliator. It removes the dead cells, dirt, sebum and impurities from the pores which causes pimples.
  • Mix together 3 teaspoons of brown sugar in 1 teaspoon of honey. 
  • Apply all over the face and scrub gently in circular motion.
  • Once dry after 15 minutes wash off with cold water and pat dry.

Lemon and Rose Water:

  • Mix a little of lemon juice and rose water together and apply this mixture on the pimples and leave it on for half an hour. This should be continued for three to four weeks as a natural home remedy.

Ice:
Ice can be used to quickly get rid of pimples. It helps in improving blood circulation to the affected area, and in freezing the skin pores and removing dirt and oil accumulated on the skin. When used repeatedly on the pimples throughout the day, ice helps reduce swelling and will immediately soothe your skin.
  • Wrap the ice in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected skin area for a few seconds.
  • Wait a few minutes and repeat the process.
Tomato Pulp:
  • Pulp of ripe tomato when regularly applied for an hour is an effective treatment against pimples. The cucumber pulp also does the same act of curing pimples in a natural way.

Garlic:

Garlic is an antiviral agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples.
  • Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces. Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat the treatment several times a day.
